As a personal concierge, I help busy families and professionals manage the details that often feel overwhelming—like meal planning, errands, household organization, and scheduling. Whether you need weekly support or help with a special project, my goal is to make daily life feel easier, calmer, and more organized. This service is new to many in our community, and I’m here to answer any questions about how it works and how it can bring more balance to your routine.

What services do you offer?
I provide creative services including photography, brand design, and custom website creation through Coastra Design House. Through Coastra Concierge, I offer household support like meal planning, personal shopping, home organization, and lifestyle management.

Where are you located?
I’m based on Long Island, New York, serving clients locally for in-person concierge services and working with brands remotely anywhere.

How do in-person services work?
All in-person services require advance scheduling and a minimum two-hour booking. Travel fees apply for locations outside Lindenhurst, West Babylon, Babylon, Bay Shore, Brightwaters, and West Islip.

Do unused hours roll over?
No—unused hours do not roll over to the next week. Your scheduled time is reserved for you to ensure consistent availability.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed for the full minimum service time.

Can I combine design services and concierge support?
Absolutely—many clients work with me on both sides of their lives. We can create a custom package to fit your needs.

How do payments work?
Concierge services can be billed weekly, monthly at a discount, or prepaid in full for additional savings. Design projects are quoted individually and typically require a deposit to book.

What’s your hourly rate?
Additional concierge hours are billed at $40 per hour. Design services and photography are priced by project and scope.
